To avoid uncertainties, Rushfields has a clear return policy. Rushfields Plant Centre aims to provide you with the best quality products. We check every parcel before it gets shipped and we take great care of packaging to ensure your goods will arrive in perfect condition. However, sometimes it can happen you have a problem with your order. If you’re having any queries regarding your order, no worries, here’s how we can help you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on 01273 857445. Please have your invoice number ready when you reach us so we can help you as quick as possible. You find your invoice number on your invoice or in the e-mail you’ve received after completing your payment.
Please describe your problem as detailed as possible. We might need photos to clarify your issue.
We will do everything in our needs to resolve issues with purchases. Please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Standard policy terms
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. However, we may be able to offer you an exchange or a credit. Please get in touch via email@example.com and we will do our best to help.
To receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. We are unable to refund items that have been unopened unless they are defective. If you have a problem with constructing your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve your query.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take a few days longer before your refund is visible in your bank account. Due to weekends and bank holidays, your refund takes a little longer than expected. If you still haven’t received any refund, please contact us at email@example.com or give us a call via 01273857445.
Sale items (if applicable)
We only take refunds of regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your product is defective or damaged, we can exchange your damaged or defective product for a new item. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
