Farm Shop Manager

 Full time rota including weekends c£20,000 per annum + excellent bonus

To manage all retail activities within the Farm Shop and develop staff

Ensure optimal sales, high level customer service and operational standards

Previous retail experience essential preferably in food/grocery industry
